George III small silver spirit funnel

Very simple George III small sterling silver spirit funnel. Made in London by Thomas Phipps and Edward Robinson II. The funnel has a band of reeding at the top and is engraved with a contemporary family crest. It is stamped with the full set of hallmarks.
These small spirit funnels are charming and very sought after. They are extremely useful for pouring spirits into pocket flasks and also perfume into scent bottles. This funnel would make a very original present.
