Very nice pair of WILLIAM IV sterling silver Buckingham Horticultural Society prize teaspoons.
Maker: William Eaton. London 1830
According to the Gardeners Magazine Vol VI 1830 these spoons were awarded to Mr Horwood of Bicester for a variety of floral exhibits.
The full set of hallmarks and makers mark are clearly stamped on the reverse of the stems.
